By placing an order with Pawfect Bites, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
🐶 Product Use
All Pawfect Bites products are intended for pet consumption only.
Please supervise your pet while enjoying treats and ensure they are appropriate for your dog’s size, diet, and any known allergies.
🌿 Ingredients & Allergies
Our treats are made with simple ingredients; however, they may contain common allergens such as peanuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, or coconut.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and ensure products are safe for their pet.
📦 Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details regarding cancellations, refunds, and order issues.
📍 Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time. Pawfect Bites is not responsible for orders not picked up or for product quality after pickup if storage instructions are not followed.
📦 Shipping
We currently ship dog treats within Oklahoma only. Pup cups are not eligible for shipping.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
Pawfect Bites is not liable for any adverse reactions, illness, or injury resulting from the consumption of our products. Customers assume full responsibility for determining suitability for their pets.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute or modify items when necessary.

Pawfect Bites may use photos of products, events, or customer-submitted content for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
