At Pawfect Bites, we take pride in creating fresh, high-quality treats for your pups. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

All Sales Are Final
Because our pup cups and dog treats are made fresh and are perishable, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or damage), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
📩 Send a message with your name, order details, and a photo of the issue.
We will gladly make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

No-Show Pickups
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time will not be refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.

Storage & Freshness
Pup cups must be kept refrigerated and are best served within 1–3 days of pickup. Pawfect Bites is not responsible for product quality if items are not stored properly after pickup.
